第三节生产工艺流程及经济技术指标





  一、钨丝(杆)生产工艺流程:

  工艺特点:

  添加硅、铝、钾型添加剂,以保证钨丝的耐高温特性;采用两次氢气还原,控制氢气流量的露点;旋锻—拉伸总加工道次约100道,以煤气(粗丝)和电热(细丝)方式加热钨丝。拉伸加工最小直径为0.015mm,超细钨丝(0.01mm)则采用电化学方式制造。

  工艺特点:采用与钨加工相似的规范加工。
